Refunds and Transfers
We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds unless an event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled any refunds must go back on the original payment method. If your card has expired, the refund will still go back into your account but may take longer than normal.

If you give/transfer your ticket to someone else, please ring us to notify us of this along with the name of the person/people attending or you could be turned away from an event. 

Classes and workshops
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the start of your course or workshop. If you do so, the doors to the building may be locked. 

Access
Please help us to help you by informing us of your needs when booking. We have level access to the front of the building and a lift by the Bar. The adapted toilet is on the ground floor. This toilet also has a changing table installed. Parking for easy access is to the left of the House. 

Children
No unaccompanied children under 14 will be admitted to the premises unless otherwise stated. If an event is for over 18's, no admittance will be given to anyone who fails to produce valid ID when asked to do so.

Photography
CCTV and film cameras are present at and around Kingshill House. This is for the safety of visitors and the security of the building. By purchasing a Ticket to an Event and/or attending Kingshill House you give your express consent to all such filming.

Security
Swearing, threats or any act of violence will not be tolerated. Anyone giving verbal abuse to members of staff will be asked to leave the premises. Weapons / knifes – including Stanley knives – found on a customer on entry to an event will not be tolerated. Anyone found with weapons / knifes will not be allowed entry to the House.
