At Kingshill House Creative Centre there are many community groups, businesses and charities that use the House on a regular basis:
CVTN 

Cotswold Vale Talking Newspaper is a charity that records the newspaper for those in need. The local newspaper, Gazette and other publications, are recorded weekly in our studio and also in homes of their volunteers. These recordings are then posted free of charge to listeners in Gloucestershire and the South Gloucestershire area.
CYT Fitness Gym

CYT Fitness Gym is situated on the grounds of Kingshill House, behind the main building. Change Your Thinking Fitness was established in 2013 and was founded on the belief that you can reach your fitness goals with just a simple tweak in the way that you look at your training, nutrition and understanding your body’s ability to do more than what you think it can do.
Home Run Films

Home Run Films brings together a group of like-minded collaborators from disciplines in filmmaking, theatre and business. Founder Stew O'Reilly and his team are dedicated to delivering the right type of content tailored for your company’s culture, business objectives and audience's desires. Home Run Films was founded in 2016 and as of 2023 their main office is based at Kingshill House Creative Centre. 
​Mindsong

Mindsong is a Gloucestershire charity reaching people with dementia through music and song. They run their Breathe In, Sing Out group at Kingshill House Creative Centre for people with a COPD diagnosis or have a Persistent Respiratory Condition and would like to manage their illness differently. These sessions take place on Thursday mornings at 10am. 
Shine PND Support

Shine is a creative therapy, peer support, weekly drop-in and meet-up sessions for mothers dealing with depression, anxiety, isolation or overwhelm. They run creative weekly sessions at Kingshill House Creative Centre every Tuesday morning at 10am, as well as sessions in Cirencester, Fairford and Swindon. There is a crèche available onsite during these sessions.
