Find balance in your life, and balance in your body. Meditation has been shown to be beneficial for individuals of all ages, including older adults, for improving balance and overall well-being.
Meditation is powerful. You will learn to increase concentration power, whilst becoming more relaxed and peaceful which results in the body becoming healthier.
Suitable for all ages from 16 to 116 years old
At Kingshill House we work on a flexible working schedule, however our office is open Monday - Friday, 9.30am-2.30pm.
