JOIN US FOR A NIGHT FULL OF LIGHT, MUSIC AND DANCE!
Diwali, which translates to 'row of lights', is the largest and most celebrated holiday in India. It is a celebration of leaving the darkness behind and entering the light. For the week leading up to this big celebration, Kingshill House will be completely lit up as we see the darker nights draw in.

Come and join us by leaving the darkness behind and celebrating light, joy and love on Friday 28th October, 7pm - late!
There will be Indian Street Food from Mumma's Meals, who create delicious Indian meals for the whole family. You can join in a Lantern Making Workshop - as light and lanterns symbolise letting go of the past year's worries and stepping into the light. |
We'll have Bhangra dancing from the award-winning Bollywood Belles and they will also be running a dance workshop for anyone who wants to have a try at Bhangra!
|
We're thrilled to have music from DanceGuru - electro-live Bhangra dance fusion. They have managed to mix the raw energy of punk, with unstoppable Bhangra beats, and wrap it all up in electronica!
All ages are welcome to celebrate with us! Tickets are £8 if you pre-book, £10 on the door and under 16s are free! Food not included in the ticket price. |
