White Line Woodblock
Saturday 12th March 10am-4pm
Learn the stress-free way of printmaking with this immersive woodblock workshop.
This particular printmaking process sits somewhere between painting and printmaking.
Learn how to produce full colour prints in one setting using just one block, which can then be used over and over again.
There is a minimal amount of cutting required, after which the work is all in the application of the paint. Watercolour techniques work very well with this method.
This is a calm, meditative way of making an image and is really straightforward to continue at home with the bare minimum of equipment needed.
Please note that the cost of this workshop also includes a delicious light lunch and refreshments. Our team will be in touch with you nearer the time with more information about the day and menu options. Please note that there may be additional material costs on the day which are payable to your tutor.
