Join Ivona and Maite and let your body dance intuitively whilst spending quality time with your little one.
In this new workshop, you’ll dance to a wide range of fun music with the aim of bonding with your child in an atmosphere of not being judged, whatever your dance moves. Welcome this opportunity to get out of your comfort zone and flow with it!
This workshop is an intuitive dance, which is a style of dance improvisation with little or no formal structure or steps to follow in any particular way.
Who is it for:
- Any parent who wants to spend quality time with their child/children whilst doing something for themselves.
- Suitable for parents with toddlers (up to age 4) and babies.
Ticket price £12 per adult, toddlers and babies in slings go free. Limited to 2 children per adult.
About your tutor:
Ivona Untilov is a yoga teacher and is currently training to be a childminder. She’s truly passionate about dance and has been dancing whilst pregnant and continues to dance with her almost 3 year old as part of their daily routine. Ivona’s mission is to create a safe space for parents to freely express themselves, find their unique range of motion and connect with their own bodies postpartum and to bond with their children through intuitive flowing dance.
