Experimental Watercolours for All
6 week course - Thursday 8th June
6pm - 8pm
This fun evening course will explore different techniques of watercolour painting. Each week we will complete a lesson using the techniques we have learned, try them out and look at how other creatives have used them to create exciting imagery.
You will create your own watercolour technique journal which you will be able to refer back to. You will be encouraged to bring flora into the classroom to explore the visual elements of form, shape, colour, texture and more.
All materials are included in the ticket price.
Every Thursday evening between 6pm - 8pm from Thursday 8th June to Thursday 20th July (excluding 6th July).
Adele Dark is a local artist working and living in the Cotswolds. She graduated with a Fine Art Degree from Brighton University and has over 30 years of teaching experience. Adele uses watercolour in her own creative practice to record a place and or colour and textures of that place. Landscapes and nature are essential to her work. She says ‘painting with watercolours outside is my happy place, a place of peace and tranquility, away from busy life’s distractions’.
