Come Play with Tape
Sunday 16 April, 11am
Come and play with tape!
During this workshop, you and your little one will be using electrician's tape, masking tape, glittery tape - all sorts of tape to draw with! You can cut it, stretch it, twist it, draw into it... use your imaginations to play and create new drawings which may then be displayed in A4 frames as part of the Play & Compassion exhibition on at Kingshill House Creative Centre. You will also have the chance to make a mini-tape drawing which can be turned into a badge to take home with you.
All children and adults use the same initial stimulus and teaching points but are then encouraged to be creative and give their own individual responses.
Suitable for 5-11 year olds. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There will be plenty of tea, coffee, scones and sauasage rolls on offer and lots of space to sit and relax, giving your young person space to get on and enjoy the activity. You are also very welcome to create a tape drawing!
Ticket price includes the accompanying adult.
