Make Your Own Sauerkraut

Join registered nutritional therapist Grace Adams for a special hands-on, two-hour sauerkraut making workshop and learn the art of making sauerkraut and take home your own jar of fermented goodness.
This workshop is a wonderful way to learn about fermenting food; how it supports your health, why it is wonderful for your gut and how you can enhance your culinary skills. Not only are there many health benefits of fermented food, like its brain supporting and immunity boosting qualities, but the fermentation of food is also an excellent way to preserve food, and therefore reduce waste.
Suitable for anyone over 16 years of age.
What's included:
- 1 litre Kilner jar
- glass weight
- organic ingredients
Kitchen utensils will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own chopping board, knife and wooden spoon if preferred.
About the tutor:
Grace Adams is a registered nutritional therapist with a particular interest in women's health and digestive wellness. She works with clients to provide nutritional therapy coaching and also runs workshops on women's health, digestive wellness and fermented foods. Grace also delivers training on holistic nutrition and healthy eating to staff of care facilities and independent specialist schools and colleges across the UK. |
