Qigong - Wednesday evening
Join Joe for an evening Qigong session. Qigong involves using movements to optimise energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and wellbeing.
This class is for all abilities, and no experience necessary. No equipment needed - wear loose fitted clothing and light, flat shoes or trainers you can move in.
