Join popular local florist Eve Squire from Daisy Belle Floral Design on this creative course which will serve as an insightful exploration into the world of floristry.
It's perfect for beginners to learn about various aspects of creating with flowers and also for students returning to learn some new techniques. You will gain confidence working with them, learning different names, varieties and properties of an array of different flowers, ranging from blowsy, cottage garden style arrangements to modern tropical blooms.
You will learn how to create:
- Posy in floral foam
- A vase arrangement
- Petite wreath in floral foam
- A foam free pin holder modern arrangement
- Buttonholes (new design)
Working with flowers is a unique way to get creative, working with nature is extremely relaxing and therapeutic and there is so much more than meets the eye in the craft of floristry.
Each week will focus on a different creation.
