Welcome to Kingshill House! We are a thriving arts and craft centre in the beautiful Cotswolds market town of Dursley. 

We believe that art and craft is for everyone, and Kingshill House is a safe space that anyone can come, be creative, enjoy themselves, relax and take their minds off things.  

Our Upcoming Workshops and Courses

We provide a comprehensive programme of courses and workshops, along with events that are held regularly throughout the year. Our mission is to curate and run an interesting, challenging, educational, fun and diverse programme. Art and Craft is a powerful tool and our mission is to heal the Mind by focusing on creativity, boosting self-confidence and discovering new strengths and abilities.   

Our workshops and courses are delivered by teachers who are leaders in their field and we are proud to have long-standing relationships with the tutors. Subjects cross a large range of specialisms - from stained glass to needlework, weaving to silver jewellery making. Workshops vary from half-day to a week - have a look at our upcoming events below. Exhibitions at Kingshill House

Due to the stunning proportions of our Georgian rooms, Kingshill House is perfect to showcase art. We regularly hold exhibitions and work with a range of artists - join our mailing list to hear about future exhibitions at the House.

Drop-In Groups

In addition to hosting structured workshops and classes, Kingshill House also hosts informal classes, groups and clubs, who meet regularly at various times and days of the week. Covering a wide range of interests, there is something to suit everyone - from yoga to tai-chi. Find out more here.

Families

For 2022 we are curating a family  workshop programme. We will have drop-in creative stay and play (lots of fun with different craft materials), music sessions with our own DJ, Joe (come for a boogie!) and lots of outdoor fun in our garden during the hotter months.
